Madison, NC – Introduced in 1998, the Model 700P LTR provides exceptional accuracy in a “slimmed down” H-S Precision stock with 20-inch fluted barrel, which provides for ease of portability and weight reduction. As with all members of the Model 700 family of law enforcement rifles, this lightweight version features the time-proven, solid Model 700 bolt action with the legendary “three rings of steel” design and exceptional out of the box accuracy.

New for 2004, the Model 700P LTR in .308 Win chambering is available in the Tactical Weapon System (TWS) package. Included with the package is Leupold® Parkerized rings and rigid, one-piece base; Leupold® Vari-X™ III 3.5x10 tactical scope with Duplex™ reticle; Butler Creek® flip-open lens covers; Harris® Bipod; and Michael’s® of Oregon 1-inch Quik-Adjust™ sling with attached swivels. The Model 700P LTR TWS comes packed complete with a durable black Pelican® hard shell case.
